Why not spend the summer in a good mood? Come and enjoy a friendly and warm atmosphere in a campsite near Rochefort with swimming pool and multiple activities. Dive, swim or bask in the sun!
The pool is perfectly exposed and bordered by two terraces equipped with sun loungers. It will delight young and old. As a bonus, the pool is covered, allowing you to have fun even in case of capricious weather!
Pool features:
- Pool size: 15 m x 8 m
- Depth of the basin: 0.80 to 1.80 m
- Open from 10am to 7pm from April to September
- Toddlers’ pool : 0,30 m (open in July-August)
Plus : in case of capricious weather, the indoor pool remains practicable and very pleasant. So you can swim in the best conditions, even in bad weather.
Note : swimming shorts prohibited (in accordance with legislation) and mandatory swimsuit – Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Take advantage of your stay at Flower Camping l’Abri-Côtier to discover or rediscover this practice accessible to all, whatever the disorders and pathologies: person in convalescence, pregnant woman, elderly person, sportsman, … and regardless of age (7 years minimum).
Stéphanie, our practitioner inosteo-energetic care & Aquatherapy, offers you from July 11, 2023 and until the end of August, a Synchrogym session, every Thursday : come and relax for an hour, and gently, in our covered and heated pool, from 10am to 11am.
For the well-being of all, calm and zenitude are essential to the smooth running of the course which is why the pool is reserved for the course during the synchrogym session.
This practice focuses on the physical and mechanical properties of the aquatic environment while taking into account the characteristics of the participants.
Thus, neither equipment nor music is required for the activity, which refers to the development of resistances similar to those that can be encountered in all swimming activities.
Water, an element of relaxation :
Water brings a feeling of lightness, weightlessness and freedom. The natural hydromassage effect amplifies soothing and relaxation to help reduce stress and anxiety.
In addition, our subconscious mind remembers the sensations of the maternal uterine cavity, which causes a feeling of security.
The memory of water:
the essence of life! Life on our planet developed in the seabed, which allowed the emergence of the first cellular organisms. It constitutes 75% of our body.
Being the major component of the body, water is a privileged conductor of energy, including psycho-mental energy. Softness and intensity:
Water reduces muscle and joint stress. The weight of the body, in immersion, is lightened for a softer work, without heat.

The paddling pool will also delight your children. The little ones will be able to splash around at leisure in complete safety. They will feel like fish in water!
Relaxing on the poolside sunbeds
From April to September, take advantage of your holidays near La Rochelle to relax around the heated and covered swimming pool of the campsite.
Come and dive, swim a few swims or bask in the sun! The pool has the best assets : exposed to full sun, bordered by two terraces with sun loungers inside and a solarium outside, it is covered by a special shelter and heated to 28 ° for your comfort.
